We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales person. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in immigration consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex visa and residency programs with clarity and confidence.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Revenue GrowthDrive sales of immigration programs (Residency, Citizenship, Work Permits, Golden Visas, etc.)Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through lead conversionDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to improve closing ratiosClient Consultation &amp; ManagementConduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and eligibilityProvide accurate information on immigration pathways, documentation, and processesMaintain strong follow-ups with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emailEnsure high customer satisfaction throughout the client journeyCoordinate with documentation, legal, and processing departmentsEnsure smooth handover and timely initiation of client filesTrack sales metrics, pipeline status, and conversion performancePrepare weekly/monthly reports for managementSuggest improvements in workflow and customer communicationCandidate Requirements:Experience:2&ndash;6 years of experience in immigration sales, consulting, or international educationProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience handling high-value clients is a plusSkills &amp; Competencies:Strong communication and presentation skillsExcellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilitiesAbility to explain complex visa processes in simple termsHigh level of professionalism and customer service orientationCRM usage knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantagePersonal Traits:Target-oriented and self-motivatedAbility to work under pressureStrong follow-up disciplinePositive attitude and problem-solving approachLocationDubaiSend your cv at kaif.hr@raizinggroup.comWhatsApp No: +971566147013Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per month
