We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales person. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in immigration consulting, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex visa and residency programs with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales of immigration programs (Residency, Citizenship, Work Permits, Golden Visas, etc.)
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through lead conversion
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve closing ratios
Client Consultation & Management
Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and eligibility
Provide accurate information on immigration pathways, documentation, and processes
Maintain strong follow-ups with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the client journey
Coordinate with documentation, legal, and processing departments
Ensure smooth handover and timely initiation of client files
Track sales metrics, pipeline status, and conversion performance
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management
Suggest improvements in workflow and customer communication
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
2–6 years of experience in immigration sales, consulting, or international education
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience handling high-value clients is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities
Ability to explain complex visa processes in simple terms
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
CRM usage knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage
Personal Traits:
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work under pressure
Strong follow-up discipline
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
