<ul><li>Vendor Management</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per company requirements.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Purchase Order Management</li><li>Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) on time.</li><li>Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Track and update PO status until material is received at the plant.</li><li>Material Procurement</li><li>Source quality materials at competitive prices.</li><li>Ensure availability of required parts and materials for production and operations.</li><li>Maintain updated records of material requirements from all plants (e.g., Bangalore, Faridabad, etc.).</li><li>Coordination</li><li>Coordinate with production, stores, planning, and accounts departments regarding material requirements and delivery timelines.</li><li>Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, quality concerns, or quantity mismatches.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance</li><li>Maintain proper records of quotations, orders, agreements, and invoices.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements.</li><li>Cost Control</li><li>Monitor market trends and ensure cost-effective purchasing.</li><li>Work on cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly purchase reports.</li><li>Highlight critical shortages, pending orders, and vendor performance.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
