The Retail Sales &amp; Catering Business Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of the Dairy Shop &amp; Caf&eacute; while driving retail sales, caf&eacute; performance, and all catering/event-related business. This role ensures excellent customer experience, strong revenue growth, smooth store operations, and effective execution of catering orders, events, and external activations.The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator with a strong background in restaurant and caf&eacute; management, retail sales operations, and local catering business development.This role demands a commercially driven professional who can take full ownership of outlet performance, manage day-to-day operations, lead teams, handle e-commerce aggregators, and drive growth through promotions, events, and customer loyalty initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management<ul><li>Oversee the day-to-day functioning of assigned outlets, ensuring operational excellence, hygiene, and brand consistency.</li><li>Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and stock control processes.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely product replenishment and minimal wastage.</li><li>Ensure both outlets comply with UAE food safety and municipality regulations.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Drive outlet sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and customer engagement.</li><li>Identify and convert catering opportunities from corporate clients, events, and community gatherings.</li><li>Develop partnerships with local offices, schools, and residential communities to promote products and services.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Train, and manage outlet staff (service crew and delivery drivers).</li><li>Set performance goals and ensure staff deliver outstanding customer service.</li><li>Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and motivation sessions to maintain team efficiency and morale.</li></ul>E-commerce &amp; Delivery Operations<ul><li>Manage relationships with online delivery platforms (Talabat, Careem, Deliveroo, etc.) &mdash; ensuring proper listing, pricing, and promotions.</li><li>Supervise and optimize the home delivery arm operating from the stores, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle utilization.</li><li>Ensure all delivery vehicles and drivers adhere to brand, hygiene, and safety standards.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, expense statements, and inventory summaries.</li><li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales growth, wastage, delivery performance, and customer feedback.</li></ul>Requirements:Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in managing multi-outlet food retail, caf&eacute;, or restaurant operations in the UAE.</li><li>Proven experience in catering sales, home delivery management, and aggregator handling is mandatory.</li></ul>Other Requirements<ul><li>Must hold a valid UAE driving license.</li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and extended hours as per business requirements.</li><li>Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujrati; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Attractive Salary + Commissions.</li><li>Visa + Transport &amp; Telephone allowance provided by the company.</li></ul>Please send your CV with a recent photo to connect@kingsdairyfactory.com or apply through this portal.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
