We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and soft-spoken Medical Counsellor (BAMS) to join the Raja Ram Mohan Roy Education Foundation Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for guiding patients with medical information, providing treatment-related counselling, managing patient follow-ups, and supporting both online and offline consultations with efficiency and care.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Give patients basic counselling and medical guidance.</li><li>Help with patient registration, follow-ups, and treatment questions.</li><li>Support doctors during online and offline consultations.</li><li>Keep patient records neat and updated.</li><li>Maintain smooth communication between patients and the clinic.</li><li>Explain procedures, treatments, and services to patients.</li><li>Make polite follow-up calls to patients for appointments and reminders.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>BAMS-qualified female candidate (22&ndash;35 years).</li><li>Polite, soft-spoken, and comfortable in patient interactions.</li><li>Strong communication and patient-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to manage online and offline consultations.</li><li>Basic computer/teleconsultation skills.</li><li>Pleasant personality and professional attitude.</li></ul>Experience Required:2&ndash;3 years of experience in a similar role.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
