Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager &ndash; Maintenance (Plant &amp; Mechanical) to manage plant and mechanical maintenance activities. The role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, coordination with technicians, and ensuring smooth, safe plant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for plant machineryHandle mechanical maintenance of production equipment and utilitiesMonitor equipment performance and minimize machine downtimeCoordinate with maintenance technicians, contractors, and production teamsMaintain maintenance logs, schedules, and documentationEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory requirementsSupport machine installation, commissioning, and modification activitiesManage spare parts planning, inventory, and vendor coordinationEducation (Minimum Qualification)Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) orBE / BTech in Mechanical EngineeringExperience4 to 8 years of experience in plant / mechanical maintenanceExperience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferredSkills &amp; CompetenciesStrong knowledge of plant machinery and mechanical systemsPreventive maintenance planning and executionExposure to industrial dampers, expansion joints, fabrication, or welding is an advantageKnowledge of safety standards and maintenance documentationGood leadership, coordination, and communication skillsWork LocationGummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District, Tamil NaduJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
