Job Title: IT Administrator Radio BroadcastLocation: Ras-Ak-Khaimah Company: RAK Broadcasting Authority Job Type: 2-years contract and then renewable after 2 years Experience Level: Fresher Salary: Disclosed during interviewJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will support users, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, networks and implement best practices for IT operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (Laptops, workstations, printers, etc.)</li><li>Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability</li><li>Manage and support email, data backups, security tools, and user accounts</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>Maintain and update documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards</li><li>Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed</li><li>Provide IT support and training to staff</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, and operating systems (Windows, IOS, etc.)</li><li>Experience with Office 365, firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus software</li><li>Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus point</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication &amp; troubleshooting skills</li><li>Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field</li></ul>NOTE: Priority will be for immediate placementWork Location: In person
