Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You will support users, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, networks and implement best practices for IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems (Laptops, workstations, printers, etc.)
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Manage and support email, data backups, security tools, and user accounts
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and update documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards
• Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed
• Provide IT support and training to staff

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, and operating systems (Windows, IOS, etc.)
• Experience with Office 365, firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus software
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus point
• Excellent problem-solving and communication & troubleshooting skills
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
