Real Estate Portal Admin

We are Real Estate Company based in Abu Dhabi, looking to hire Admin Portal Specialist to join team. As a Real Estate Admin Portal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support in marketing the property through any channels.

• Create, update, and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other relevant portals.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and adhere to platform guidelines.
• Monitor and manage listing credits, including purchasing additional credits or premium placements as needed.
• Track and reconcile costs associated with portal listings, ensuring adherence to the budget.
• Generate and analyze performance reports for listings to assess engagement and effectiveness.
• Use data insights to recommend improvements for listing visibility and performance.
• Verify the accuracy of listing information and ensure compliance with portal regulations.
• Promptly address any issues or discrepancies with listings.
• Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and other team members to gather and verify property information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate or a similar role, with experience in managing Various Portals
• Full knowledge of using the computer such as Microsoft office etc.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate management software / CRM
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
