If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about manufacturing excellence, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career!Duties<ul><li>Operate roll forming machinery safely and efficiently.</li><li>Set up machine tooling and make adjustments to maintain product quality.</li><li>Read and interpret production orders, drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Perform quality inspections using tape measures, calipers, and gauges.</li><li>Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.</li><li>Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.</li><li>Maintain production records and report downtime, scrap, and quality concerns.</li><li>Load steel coils and assist with material handling using forklifts and overhead cranes (if certified).</li><li>Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company procedures.</li><li>Assist with continuous improvement and housekeeping initiatives.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Manufacturing experience preferred; roll forming or metal fabrication experience is a plus.</li><li>Ability to read measuring devices accurately to 1/32 inch.</li><li>Steel framing manufacturing.</li><li>Knowledge of stud and track profiles.</li><li>Experience with quality inspections and production reporting.</li><li>Produce quality parts that meet SFIA standards.</li><li>Minimize scrap and rework.</li><li>Meet daily production goals.</li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work area.</li><li>Support team objectives and continuous improvement efforts.</li><li>Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings for sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes</li><li>Skilled in using precision measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other quality inspection instruments</li><li>Knowledge of GD&amp;T (Geometric Dimensioning &amp; Tolerancing) standards for ensuring dimensional accuracy</li><li>Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and machine adjustments</li><li>Familiarity with welding techniques and electrical discharge machining (EDM) processes is a plus</li><li>Experience with tooling setup, fabrication techniques, hand tools usage, and tooling maintenance</li><li>Capable of operating forklifts and cranes safely in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance throughout the production cycle</li><li>Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting issues promptly</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your skills drive manufacturing innovation!
