KeyResponsibilities:<ul>
<li>Transcribe medical reports, patient case notes, and correspondence accurately from dictated or written sources.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize patient records, files, and departmental documentation.</li>
<li>Assist in data entry, report generation, and maintaining registers as per hospital standards.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive patient and hospital data.</li>
<li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for timely record updates and report submissions.</li>
<li>Support general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and documentation as required.</li>
<li>Adhere to hospital policies, record-keeping protocols, and documentation standards.</li></ul>
Qualifications&amp; Skills:<ul>
<li>Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in English, Office Administration, or Medical Transcription).</li></ul>
