1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Admin & Support Staff).

  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with department heads.

  • Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and collect joining documents.

  • Conduct induction and onboarding formalities.

2. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain employee personal files and HRMIS records.

  • Ensure proper documentation (KYC, qualification certificates, experience letters).

  • Update employee database regularly.

3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.

  • Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.

  • Verify salary inputs, overtime, and deductions.

  • Handle Full & Final settlement process.

4. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and other statutory regulations.

  • Maintain statutory registers and records.

  • Assist during labour inspections and audits.

5. Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and concerns.

  • Support disciplinary procedures and performance management.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities.
