We are hiring a BIS Compliance Officer / Quality Assurance Executive (Bureau of Indian Standards)<ul><li>Manage and oversee all BIS certification processes for products and manufacturing units</li><li>Prepare, submit, and track applications for BIS licenses, renewals, and surveillance audits</li><li>Coordinate with BIS-approved laboratories for product testing and sample submissions</li><li>Maintain and update technical documents, test reports, quality manuals, and compliance records</li><li>Ensure timely implementation of BIS regulations, amendments, and updates</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, and R&amp;D teams to meet BIS standards and technical specifications</li><li>Support internal and external audits (BIS surveillance, factory inspections, etc.)</li><li>Maintain compliance with ISI marking requirements and labelling guidelines</li><li>Identify gaps in manufacturing processes and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Train teams on BIS standards, documentation, and compliance procedures.</li></ul>Required:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related fields</li><li>Hands-on experience with BIS compliance, ISI certification, or regulatory quality systems</li><li>Strong understanding of Indian Standards (IS codes) related to your product category</li><li>Experience working with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)</li><li>Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with BIS officials, testing labs, and internal teams.</li></ul>Location - Vasai EastJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;21,000.00 - &#8377;26,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>BIS (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
