While experience in the transportation industry is preferred, it's not mandatory&mdash;what matters most is your commitment to excellence and passion for ensuring seamless operations.Position Highlights:<ul><li>Flexibility: Enjoy a 4-day work. Must be flexible during the training process. After released from training, the schedule is: Thursday- Saturday from 2 PM- Midnight and Sunday from 10 PM- 4:00 AM (Days off: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)</li><li>Varied Responsibilities: Thrive in a role that involves handling a high volume of phone calls, multitasking, and utilizing computer skills for effective task management.</li><li>Critical Role: Your follow-through is critical in ensuring our operations run smoothly.</li><li>Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face of our operations, responding to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.</li><li>Collaborative Team: Work alongside other team members to coordinate and confirm drivers and buses for scheduled services.</li><li>Process Improvement: Contribute your insights to enhance our operational processes.</li></ul>Essential Duties:<ul><li>Welcome and assist drivers, ensuring they have all necessary information for successful trips.</li><li>Monitor driver schedules, swap seats, and pre/post-trip inspections.</li><li>Stay vigilant about regulatory compliance, addressing alerts in real-time.</li><li>Collaborate with the Maintenance Department for equipment needs.</li><li>Answer phones and respond to communications promptly and professionally.</li><li>Contribute to process improvement recommendations.</li></ul>Compensation Program Overview:<ul><li>SIMPLE IRA: Optional contribution of up to 5% of wages with a company match of up to 3%.
