While experience in the transportation industry is preferred, it's not mandatory—what matters most is your commitment to excellence and passion for ensuring seamless operations.

Position Highlights:

• Flexibility: Enjoy a 4-day work. Must be flexible during the training process. After released from training, the schedule is: Thursday- Saturday from 2 PM- Midnight and Sunday from 10 PM- 4:00 AM (Days off: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
• Varied Responsibilities: Thrive in a role that involves handling a high volume of phone calls, multitasking, and utilizing computer skills for effective task management.
• Critical Role: Your follow-through is critical in ensuring our operations run smoothly.
• Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face of our operations, responding to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Collaborative Team: Work alongside other team members to coordinate and confirm drivers and buses for scheduled services.
• Process Improvement: Contribute your insights to enhance our operational processes.

Essential Duties:

• Welcome and assist drivers, ensuring they have all necessary information for successful trips.
• Monitor driver schedules, swap seats, and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Stay vigilant about regulatory compliance, addressing alerts in real-time.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Department for equipment needs.
• Answer phones and respond to communications promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to process improvement recommendations.

• Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
• Dispatching: 2 years (Required)
