This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management while contributing to meaningful business growth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies that align with company goals, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising.</li><li>Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media channels to maximize reach and ROI.</li><li>Conduct thorough research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.</li><li>Create compelling content for various platforms including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website pages using strong copywriting skills.</li><li>Oversee the management of the company&rsquo;s website using WordPress and basic HTML to ensure content is current, engaging, and optimized for SEO.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and other performance marketing metrics to track campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.</li><li>Coordinate with sales teams to support advertising sales efforts and develop promotional materials that drive product awareness.</li><li>Assist in budgeting for marketing projects, monitor expenses, and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.</li><li>Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and improve customer engagement through targeted email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Support product management teams by aligning marketing efforts with product launches and updates.</li><li>Design visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance campaign aesthetics across digital and print media.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords.</li><li>Familiarity with website management tools like WordPress along with basic knowledge of HTML coding for content updates.</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools including Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights.</li><li>Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to diverse audiences.</li><li>Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales is a plus.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent research skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
