OverviewThe person in this position will be responsible for providing operational and logistical support to the jewelry store by handling errands and general tasks necessary for the day-to-day operation of the business.Responsibilities<ul><li>Run errands within and outside of Old San Juan.</li><li>Transport documents, merchandise, or materials as needed.</li><li>Deliver and pick up jewelry pieces or work orders from the jeweler/silversmith and other vendors.</li><li>Make operational purchases and pick up lunches or requested orders.</li><li>Park and move employee or customer vehicles when necessary.</li><li>Transport the owner, employees, or authorized visitors as requested.</li><li>Provide general operational and administrative support.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.</li><li>Ensure proper care and responsible use of assigned vehicles and materials.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Trustworthy, dependable, and professional demeanor.</li><li>Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.</li><li>Familiarity with the San Juan metropolitan area and surrounding locations.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive assignments.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Flexible schedule and availability to assist with various operational tasks.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry light to moderate items when necessary.</li><li>Basic proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.</li></ul>Pay: $12.00 per hourWork Location: In person
