Job Overview Seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive assistant to work directly supporting a busy household and the buiness owner in running multiple businesses. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting administrative and overall household tasks.This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage up and work collaboratively with someone who successfully runs multiple businesses but is admittedly a little unorganized and &quot;very un-type A&quot;Duties<ul><li>Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our businesses.</li><li>Prepare and digitize and file documents.</li><li>Assist with scheduling and managing calendars.</li><li>Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up to date and accessible.</li><li>Conduct inspeactions and post notices off site.</li><li>Some household organizational tasks- we do have an au pair and a housekeeper so this is not primarily a domsetic support position.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in an administrative support role is preferred.</li></ul>This role offers flexible mostly daytime hours and the ability to work from home on some projects.Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 5 &ndash; 20 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Salem, OR 97302 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Salem, OR 97302
