Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government Tenders, GeM Portal, and State/Central e-Procurement portals. The candidate should be capable of end-to-end tender handling, from downloading to submission and post-submission follow-ups.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Regularly search, identify, and download tenders from:</li><li>GeM Portal</li><li>Central Government e-Procurement Portal</li><li>State Government Tender Portals</li><li>Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, and technical specifications</li><li>Coordinate internally for technical documents, compliance, and pricing</li><li>Prepare and submit:</li><li>Technical bids</li><li>Commercial bids</li><li>Online BOQ uploads</li><li>Handle EMD / Tender Fee preparation, tracking, and status follow-up</li><li>Maintain tender records, submission proofs, and bid status reports</li><li>Follow up on:</li><li>Tender opening</li><li>Clarifications</li><li>Award status</li><li>Refund of EMD</li><li>Coordinate for post-award documentation if tender is won</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;3 years experience in Government Tendering</li><li>Mandatory knowledge of GeM Portal operations</li><li>Experience with Central &amp; State e-Procurement portals</li><li>Familiar with EMD, Bank Guarantee, exemptions, and compliance formats</li><li>Basic understanding of industrial / metal / engineering products preferred</li><li>Good computer skills (Excel, PDF handling, online portals)</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Candidate Profile<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing / trading / export companies</li><li>Prior exposure to PSU / Government Department tenders</li><li>Detail-oriented and systematic in documentation</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
