Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Management: Generate leads, chase them (tele-calling/field visits), and manage them in a CRM system.</li><li>Sales &amp; Pitching: Deliver high-quality sales presentations to prospective franchisees, highlighting benefits like low investment, high returns, and brand support.</li><li>Partner Onboarding: Guide partners in identifying suitable locations, collecting franchise fees, and coordinating setup (furniture, kits, marketing materials).</li><li>Support &amp; Handholding: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth transition and launch of the new center.</li><li>Market Research: Identify new territories and analyze market potential for expansion.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and sales cycle management.</li><li>Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Industry Knowledge: Passion for education or relevant experience in the preschool/service industry is often preferred.</li><li>Travel: Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits is common.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
