A Preschool Franchise Sales Executive drives expansion by finding, vetting, and onboarding new partners, focusing on lead generation, sales pitches for franchise opportunities, managing the sales cycle with CRM, negotiating terms, and supporting partners with setup (location, marketing, operations) until inauguration, often requiring travel and strong relationship-building skills for this lucrative education sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Generate leads, chase them (tele-calling/field visits), and manage them in a CRM system.
  • Sales & Pitching: Deliver high-quality sales presentations to prospective franchisees, highlighting benefits like low investment, high returns, and brand support.
  • Partner Onboarding: Guide partners in identifying suitable locations, collecting franchise fees, and coordinating setup (furniture, kits, marketing materials).
  • Support & Handholding: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth transition and launch of the new center.
  • Market Research: Identify new territories and analyze market potential for expansion.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Sales Acumen: Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and sales cycle management.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for education or relevant experience in the preschool/service industry is often preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits is common.
