Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The BDE will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing end-to-end sales cycles, nurturing strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
  • Maintain sales pipelines, activity reports, and client communication logs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to support company revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • Leverage LinkedIn for prospecting, lead generation, and outreach—LinkedIn usage is a must.
  • (Plus Point) Prior experience in pitching DevOps services or understanding DevOps solutions will be considered an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • More than 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in IT services).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Good understanding of IT services, software development processes, and market trends.
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mandatory: Active and effective use of LinkedIn for business development.
  • Preferred: Candidates who have previously pitched or worked on DevOps-related services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,953.27 - ₹81,304.01 per month
