Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate inventory levels in ERP/system.</li><li>Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counting and physical inventory).</li><li>Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.</li><li>Ensure timely posting of receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.</li><li>Monitor stock movement, dead stock, and slow-moving items.</li><li>Recommend safety stock levels and reorder points.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and production for replenishment planning.</li><li>Generate inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).</li><li>Maintain accurate records of GRNs, stock issuance, and transfers.</li><li>Prepare stock reconciliation reports for audit.</li><li>Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation across all storage areas.</li><li>Liaise with purchasing, production, quality, and warehouse teams.</li><li>Coordinate with IT/system team for inventory module improvements.</li><li>Support internal and external audits.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management techniques (FIFO, ABC analysis, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field.</li><li>Certification in inventory or supply chain is a plus point.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Kot Abdul Malik (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
