We are seeking a self-starter with proven experience building and managing IT infrastructure from the ground up. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise designing, deploying, and securing network and server environments, and can independently plan, implement, and optimise infrastructure to support business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain secure LAN/WAN and wireless networks</li><li>Manage switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation</li><li>Monitor network performance, security logs, and system availability</li><li>Administer on-premises and/or cloud servers (Windows/Linux)</li><li>Manage user access, directory services, backups, and disaster recovery</li><li>Integrate enterprise systems and connected devices</li><li>Troubleshoot network, routing, and authentication issues</li><li>Maintain documentation, IT policies, and compliance standards</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and lead infrastructure improvement projects</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience</li><li>5+ years of network and systems administration experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols</li><li>Experience with firewalls, VPNs, enterprise Wi-Fi, and server management</li><li>Familiarity with network monitoring and security best practices</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills</li><li>Security-focused mindset</li><li>Independent and proactive work style</li><li>Clear documentation and communication skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Growth opportunities</li><li>Stable, expanding organisation</li><li>Opportunity to shape and enhance company IT infrastructure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
