IT Manager & Network Administrator

We are seeking a self-starter with proven experience building and managing IT infrastructure from the ground up. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise designing, deploying, and securing network and server environments, and can independently plan, implement, and optimise infrastructure to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure LAN/WAN and wireless networks
• Manage switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation
• Monitor network performance, security logs, and system availability
• Administer on-premises and/or cloud servers (Windows/Linux)
• Manage user access, directory services, backups, and disaster recovery
• Integrate enterprise systems and connected devices
• Troubleshoot network, routing, and authentication issues
• Maintain documentation, IT policies, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with vendors and lead infrastructure improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of network and systems administration experience
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, enterprise Wi-Fi, and server management
• Familiarity with network monitoring and security best practices
