Consulting CoordinatorRapdev Consulting LLC &ndash; Al Rayyan, QatarRapdev Consulting LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Consulting Coordinator to support consulting operations, project delivery, and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of coordination between consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day consulting project activities across multiple client engagements</li><li>Support consultants in scheduling meetings, workshops, and deliverable timelines</li><li>Track project progress, milestones, and action items to ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentation materials</li><li>Serve as a communication bridge between clients and consulting teams</li><li>Assist in gathering requirements, notes, and feedback from client sessions</li><li>Maintain project management tools and ensure data accuracy and consistency</li><li>Support onboarding of new consultants and client stakeholders</li><li>Monitor project risks and escalate issues to senior consultants or management when needed</li><li>Assist in preparing proposals, status reports, and internal performance summaries</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in coordination, project support, or consulting environments</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace</li><li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) is an advantage</li><li>Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environments</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in consulting, IT services, or professional services firms</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset</li><li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Basic understanding of business processes or technical project delivery</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with diverse clients and consulting teams</li><li>Professional development and career growth within a consulting environment</li><li>Collaborative and performance-driven workplace culture</li></ul>نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
