We&rsquo;re seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and organizational support to our CEO and leadership team.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. This position requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Experience with contract review, accounting software, and legal/transactional support is strongly preferred.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Provide high-level executive administrative support to the CEO and leadership staff.</li><li>Draft, edit, and prepare letters, memos, reports, invoices, presentations, and other documents.</li><li>Review, track, and organize contracts, legal documents, and confidential materials.</li><li>Assist with paralegal-style tasks, including contract comprehension and document management.</li><li>Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.</li><li>Attend meetings on behalf of executives, take notes, and prepare accurate minutes.</li><li>Screen and prioritize communications, summarize key information, and route items as needed.</li><li>Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) for basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice support.</li><li>Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for records, contracts, and correspondence.</li><li>Run occasional office or personal errands, including picking up lunch or supplies.</li><li>Support daily operations by ordering office materials, monitoring inventory, and assisting with vendor coordination.</li><li>Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments and external partners as needed.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO or leadership team.</li></ul>What You Bring to the Team<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting a senior leader or CEO.</li><li>Experience with contract review, paralegal support, or legal document management.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Professional and clear verbal and written communication abilities.</li><li>High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.</li><li>Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Comfortable handling both high-level executive tasks and day-to-day operational errands.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsHere&rsquo;s what we offer:<ul><li>Salary: TBD based on experience</li><li>Comprehensive employee benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) plan with employer contribution</li><li>40 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days of employment</li><li>40 hours of Paid Vacation after one year of employment</li></ul>Pay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
