Graphic Designer + Customer Service (Full-Time) (Fun | Fast-Paced |_ Growing Print Shop)_We&rsquo;re a full-service print shop looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team!If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety in your day, and take pride in producing high-quality work with quick turnarounds&mdash;this could be a great fit.What You&rsquo;ll DoThis is a hands-on role that goes beyond design. You&rsquo;ll be involved in the full process:<ul><li>Designing, proofing, ordering, and preparing files for print</li><li>Working directly with customers (phone + walk-ins)</li><li>Assisting in print production and signage</li><li>Operating equipment (copiers, wide format printers, cutters, etc.)</li><li>Packaging and preparing jobs for delivery or shipment</li><li>Keeping the shop clean and organized</li></ul>No two days are the same&mdash;you&rsquo;ll jump in wherever needed!What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite + Microsoft Office</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li><li>Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs</li><li>Basic math skills (fractions, decimals)</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Portfolio requiredBonus Points If You:<ul><li>Love working creatively under pressure</li><li>Enjoy variety and switching tasks throughout the day</li><li>Take pride in quality work</li><li>Like being part of a hardworking, fun team</li></ul>About UsWe design and print everything from logos, business cards, and signage to banners, apparel, and more.
