We’re Hiring! Graphic Designer + Customer Service (Full-Time)

We’re a full-service print shop looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team!

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on role that goes beyond design. You’ll be involved in the full process:

• Designing, proofing, ordering, and preparing files for print
• Working directly with customers (phone + walk-ins)
• Assisting in print production and signage
• Operating equipment (copiers, wide format printers, cutters, etc.)
• Packaging and preparing jobs for delivery or shipment
• Keeping the shop clean and organized

No two days are the same—you’ll jump in wherever needed!

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite + Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals)
• Reliable transportation

We design and print everything from logos, business cards, and signage to banners, apparel, and more.

Position Details

• Pay: $18–$21/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 40+ per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM
• Location: Forest Lake, MN
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
