Estimated hourly rate starts with a $7.00 base rate as a bartender with opportunity to earn a lot more particularly with the large group events booked all year long in the Meridian Restaurant within the Compass Entertainment Complex. This position offers an energetic environment where your hospitality skills can shine.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, ensuring timely delivery</li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales</li><li>Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout</li><li>Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender necessary.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems for order entry.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence</li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours</li><li>Excellent communication skills along with basic math proficiency for cashiering and transactions</li><li>Flexibility to work lunch, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Join us to deliver exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere where your energy makes a difference!
