Overview
THIS IS A FULL-TIME BARTENDER POSITION WITH BENEFITS TO INCLUDE HEALTH INSURANCE, PAID TIME OFF, AND MORE! Estimated hourly rate starts with a $7.00 base rate as a bartender with opportunity to earn a lot more particularly with the large group events booked all year long in the Meridian Restaurant within the Compass Entertainment Complex. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender necessary.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy hours
• Excellent communication skills along with basic math proficiency for cashiering and transactions
• Flexibility to work lunch, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
