About Us We are a growing company seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage both our financial records and project workflows. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes ownership of both numbers and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping Duties:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting</li><li>Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations</li><li>Work with external accountants during tax season</li></ul>Project Management Duties:<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal projects from start to completion</li><li>Track deadlines, budgets, and deliverables</li><li>Communicate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders</li><li>Identify process improvements and implement efficient workflows</li><li>Maintain project documentation and status reports</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting (2+ years preferred)</li><li>Experience managing projects or operations</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus</li></ul>How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
