We believe in confidence through self-care and are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to help us amplify our voice across platforms and engage meaningfully with our community.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Plan, create, and schedule compelling, on-brand content (reels, posts, stories, etc.) aligned with campaign objectives and skincare trends.</li><li>Manage daily operations of social media accounts including posting, monitoring, responding to DMs/comments, and community building.</li><li>Collaborate with design, content, influencer, and product teams to produce timely and engaging campaigns and launches.</li><li>Stay up to date on skincare trends, industry news, and platform updates to inform content and engagement strategies.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to track growth, engagement, and ROI.</li><li>Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and user-generated content.</li><li>Handle social media crises or escalations with professionalism and according to brand guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, aesthetics, and best practices.</li><li>Creative eye for design and storytelling with experience in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging captions and scripts.</li><li>Passion for skincare and genuine interest in beauty industry trends and innovations.</li><li>Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Later).</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing or UGC strategy.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to shape the online voice of a fast-growing skincare brand.</li><li>A creative and inclusive team environment.</li><li>Employee discounts on all skincare products.</li><li>Career development opportunities and hands-on brand-building experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
