Job Title: Accounts Team Manager (B2C Background)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Team Manager with a strong B2C background to lead and manage the accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, managing team performance, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle high-volume B2C transactions, revenue reconciliation, and customer ledger management.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement process improvements and internal financial controls.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making inputs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of B2C accounting processes and revenue management.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

• Master's degree in Finance / Commerce .
• CA preferred.
