Quality Control &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Implement and maintain quality control procedures at site.</li><li>Conduct checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, and finishing work.</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, IS standards, and safety norms.</li></ul>3. Cost &amp; Time Management<ul><li>Monitor project timelines and highlight delays with mitigation plans.</li><li>Assist in cost control by managing resource usage and preventing rework.</li><li>Support in vendor bill verification and quantity measurements.</li></ul>7. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols at site.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and coordinate with EHS team.</li><li>Report any hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.</li></ul>8. Client &amp; Stakeholder Communication<ul><li>Provide updates to clients, project managers, and management as required.</li><li>Participate in site meetings and resolve technical issues.</li></ul>9.
