1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Generate qualified leads through tele-calling, site visits, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Maintain daily lead entries in CRM with proper follow-up status.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
2. Client Handling & Follow-up
- Attend inbound inquiries and convert them into site visits.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential buyers until closure.
- Provide accurate project details, pricing, and documentation to clients.
3. Site Visits & Conversions
- Arrange and coordinate client site visits.
- Ensure proper presentation of project features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly booking/conversion targets.
4. Sales Closure & Documentation
- Handle negotiation, pricing discussion, and booking formalities.
- Coordinate with CRM/Accounts for payment schedule, agreement, and documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amount and follow-up payments.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Track competitor pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Share weekly reports with Sales Manager/Management.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle post-booking coordination until handover (if applicable).
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and referral sales.
7. Reporting & Daily Updates
- Update daily sales MIS (calls, meetings, site visits, bookings).
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Keep CRM data updated and accurate.
8. Team Coordination (If Manager Level)
- Guide and monitor sales team performance.
- Conduct daily briefing and target planning.
- Ensure team meets individual and overall sales targets.
