Job Overview An Operations Team Lead is a crucial role within a company, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team and ensuring that all goals and objectives are met in a timely manner, The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment, should also have a deep understanding of export operations, compliance with international trade regulations, plan and oversee export operations to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and supervise the operations team, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, provide guidance, support, and training to team as needed.</li><li>To ensure the quality of the product is maintained at the desired level of standard at every level of production and the customer requirements &amp; expectations are fully met.</li><li>Ensure and provide supervision upon the product development and process activities and to perform the production planning &amp; dispatch schedule, to ensure the production targets being achieved in the given time.</li><li>Involved in budgeting and financial planning to ensure that operations are conductedwithin the allocated budget.</li><li>Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, standards, and relevant lawsand regulations.</li><li>Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding operational performance and areas for improvement.</li><li>Maintaining equipment&rsquo;s to ensure safety, reliability and optimal performance of the machines, and monitoring the preventive and corrective maintenance.</li><li>Ability to manage and coordinate export logistics including, shipping, customs processes, and delivery timelines.</li></ul>Skill Required<ul><li>Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team.</li><li>Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve Processes.</li><li>Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, management, and customers.</li><li>Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Operation&rsquo;s Management OR a related field.</li><li>8-10 years of experience in Factory Operations, OR a related role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
