Operations Lead

Job Overview

An Operations Team Lead is a crucial role within a company, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a team and ensuring that all goals and objectives are met in a timely manner, The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment, should also have a deep understanding of export operations, compliance with international trade regulations, plan and oversee export operations to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the operations team, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively, provide guidance, support, and training to team as needed.
  • To ensure the quality of the product is maintained at the desired level of standard at every level of production and the customer requirements & expectations are fully met.
  • Ensure and provide supervision upon the product development and process activities and to perform the production planning & dispatch schedule, to ensure the production targets being achieved in the given time.
  • Involved in budgeting and financial planning to ensure that operations are conductedwithin the allocated budget.
  • Ensure that all operations comply with company policies, standards, and relevant lawsand regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining equipment’s to ensure safety, reliability and optimal performance of the machines, and monitoring the preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate export logistics including, shipping, customs processes, and delivery timelines.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Operation’s Management OR a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Factory Operations, OR a related role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
