 We&rsquo;re looking for that person that is self-motivated, willing to take on challenges head-on and is able to adapt as needed to find solutions on the spot to ensure a project is executed at the highest level.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in fulfilling all Creative Services design projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the greater Marketing team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience for all brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the creative team across multiple mediums.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce and present sketches, storyboards and/or rough concepts to visualize ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in planning and execution of photo shoots.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related area preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven background and/or knowledge of general graphic design skills and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and/or wire-framing tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work within project timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Photography experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must possess interpersonal and facilitation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fishing or Outdoor Industry experience preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
