We’re looking for that person that is self-motivated, willing to take on challenges head-on and is able to adapt as needed to find solutions on the spot to ensure a project is executed at the highest level.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist in fulfilling all Creative Services design projects.
• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the greater Marketing team.
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience for all brands.
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
• Collaborate with the creative team across multiple mediums.
• Produce and present sketches, storyboards and/or rough concepts to visualize ideas.
• Assist in planning and execution of photo shoots.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related area preferred.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proven background and/or knowledge of general graphic design skills and processes.
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and/or wire-framing tools.
• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design.
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work within project timelines.
• Photography experience preferred.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Windows based computer applications skills.
• Fishing or Outdoor Industry experience preferred.
