Graphic Artist/Customer Service

ABCTEES is seeking a graphic artist with customer service experience.

Duties

• Greet walk-in customers and answer phones and emails
• Assist customers with product info, pricing and order entry
• Assist customers in the preparation of artwork for printing and embroidery on apparel and other promotional products.
• Create logos and designs according to the customers' requirements and prepare existing designs for production through vectorization and color separation or digitizing for embroidery. Software used includes CorelDraw, Photoshop, Wilcom Embroidery Studio.

Skills Needed

• Strong customer service skills, with a sales background
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofing
• Drawing and creative design
• Experience with vector and raster graphics software and typesetting
• Organization and multitasking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Required)
