You will work directly with:<ul><li>Lenders</li><li>Banks</li><li>Mortgage brokers</li><li>Title companies</li><li>Attorneys</li><li>Buyers</li><li>Internal acquisitions team</li><li>Ownership and management</li></ul>Your job is to keep deals moving, solve problems quickly, gather documentation, and ensure loans close efficiently and on time.Responsibilities Loan Processing &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Process acquisition loans and refinances for company properties</li><li>Handle residential and commercial mortgage files</li><li>Coordinate financing for buyers and clients</li><li>Collect and organize borrower documentation</li><li>Review applications for completeness and accuracy</li><li>Submit and track loan files through underwriting</li><li>Order appraisals, insurance, payoff letters, and third-party reports</li><li>Communicate with lenders daily regarding conditions and approvals</li><li>Keep all parties updated throughout the closing process</li></ul>Transaction Management<ul><li>Coordinate with attorneys and title companies</li><li>Manage deadlines and loan milestones</li><li>Troubleshoot issues that could delay closings</li><li>Ensure all conditions are satisfied prior to funding</li><li>Help structure files for faster approvals</li></ul>Internal Operations<ul><li>Maintain organized CRM/file systems</li><li>Track active pipelines and reporting</li><li>Work closely with acquisitions and finance teams</li><li>Assist ownership with financing strategy and lender communication</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Mortgage processing or loan coordination experience preferred</li><li>Real estate financing knowledge strongly preferred</li><li>Experience with DSCR, investment property, or commercial loans is a major plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and follow-up</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Detail-oriented and proactive</li><li>Comfortable working in-office full time</li><li>Familiarity with mortgage CRMs/LOS systems is a plus</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Base Salary: Competitive based on experience</li><li>Performance bonuses available</li><li>Opportunity for long-term growth within a rapidly scaling real estate company</li></ul>Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:<ul><li>Thinks fast and solves problems</li><li>Can manage multiple loan files at once</li><li>Is highly responsive and organized</li><li>Wants to grow inside a serious real estate company</li><li>Understands urgency and execution</li></ul>Pay: $58,135.87 - $77,500.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Elmsford, NY 10523
