We are looking for a sharp, organized, and aggressive Mortgage Processor / Loan Coordinator to work directly inside our office and help manage the financing process for:

• Acquisition loans
• Refinances
• DSCR loans
• Conventional mortgages
• Commercial financing
• Buyer financing for our clients and internal deals

Position Overview

You will be responsible for overseeing the loan process from application to closing. You will work directly with:

• Lenders
• Banks
• Mortgage brokers
• Title companies
• Attorneys
• Buyers
• Internal acquisitions team
• Ownership and management

Your job is to keep deals moving, solve problems quickly, gather documentation, and ensure loans close efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities Loan Processing & Coordination

• Process acquisition loans and refinances for company properties
• Handle residential and commercial mortgage files
• Coordinate financing for buyers and clients
• Collect and organize borrower documentation
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy
• Submit and track loan files through underwriting
• Order appraisals, insurance, payoff letters, and third-party reports
• Communicate with lenders daily regarding conditions and approvals
• Keep all parties updated throughout the closing process

Transaction Management

• Coordinate with attorneys and title companies
• Manage deadlines and loan milestones
• Troubleshoot issues that could delay closings
• Ensure all conditions are satisfied prior to funding
• Help structure files for faster approvals

Internal Operations

• Maintain organized CRM/file systems
• Track active pipelines and reporting
• Work closely with acquisitions and finance teams
• Assist ownership with financing strategy and lender communication

Qualifications

• Mortgage processing or loan coordination experience preferred
• Real estate financing knowledge strongly preferred
• Experience with DSCR, investment property, or commercial loans is a major plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Comfortable working in-office full time
• Familiarity with mortgage CRMs/LOS systems is a plus

• Base Salary: Competitive based on experience
• Performance bonuses available

Pay: $58,135.87 - $77,500.00 per year
