&middot; Travel onsite to customer locations for installation, service repair, maintenance and emergency repairs (including outstation travel when required)&middot; Provide with solutions and support for all equipment related queries online or onsite &ndash; installation and service repairs&middot; Diagnose issues and provide proper service solutions&middot; Assist customers and provide them with onsite and online support to trouble shoot queries&middot; Educate or provide demos to the customers on product usage/maintenance&middot; Test, calibrate, and ensure devices meet performance standards after repair&middot; Maintain accurate service and repair records for all jobs&middot; Share proper service invoice to customers upon purchase of services and spare parts&middot; Provide preventive maintenance and usage guidance to customers&middot; Adherence of customer appointments and closing jobs within company TAT&middot; Generate service revenue through AMCs and spare parts sales targets&middot; Ensure soft skills with customer- dressing, grooming, communication and politenessJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
