Field Service Technician

· Travel onsite to customer locations for installation, service repair, maintenance and emergency repairs (including outstation travel when required)

· Provide with solutions and support for all equipment related queries online or onsite – installation and service repairs

· Diagnose issues and provide proper service solutions

· Assist customers and provide them with onsite and online support to trouble shoot queries

· Educate or provide demos to the customers on product usage/maintenance

· Test, calibrate, and ensure devices meet performance standards after repair

· Maintain accurate service and repair records for all jobs

· Share proper service invoice to customers upon purchase of services and spare parts

· Provide preventive maintenance and usage guidance to customers

· Adherence of customer appointments and closing jobs within company TAT

· Generate service revenue through AMCs and spare parts sales targets

· Ensure soft skills with customer- dressing, grooming, communication and politeness

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
