GreetingsJob Interview location : ChrompetKey Responsibilities:Financial Management and Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and manage all financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and governing bodies.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and ensure proper fund allocation for school operations.</li></ul>Budgeting and Forecasting<ul><li>Assist in preparing and managing the school&rsquo;s annual budget.</li><li>Track budget performance and report any variances or discrepancies.</li><li>Provide financial projections to support planning and development initiatives.</li></ul>Fee Collection and Accounts Receivable<ul><li>Oversee student fee billing, collections, and record maintenance.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments and issue receipts.</li><li>Maintain accurate student financial accounts.</li></ul>Accounts Payable and Procurement Support<ul><li>Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements.</li><li>Verify and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.</li><li>Support procurement activities by maintaining proper documentation and approvals.</li></ul>Payroll Administration<ul><li>Prepare and process staff payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and labor laws.</li><li>Manage statutory deductions and ensure timely remittance (e.g., taxes, pension, social security).</li></ul>Compliance and Audit Support<ul><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, school policies, and relevant regulations.</li><li>Prepare and support internal and external audits.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.</li></ul>Qualifications and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2&ndash;5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an educational or non-profit environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
