Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and records.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and governing bodies.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper fund allocation for school operations.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in preparing and managing the school’s annual budget.
- Track budget performance and report any variances or discrepancies.
- Provide financial projections to support planning and development initiatives.
Fee Collection and Accounts Receivable
- Oversee student fee billing, collections, and record maintenance.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate student financial accounts.
Accounts Payable and Procurement Support
- Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements.
- Verify and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
- Support procurement activities by maintaining proper documentation and approvals.
Payroll Administration
- Prepare and process staff payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Manage statutory deductions and ensure timely remittance (e.g., taxes, pension, social security).
Compliance and Audit Support
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, school policies, and relevant regulations.
- Prepare and support internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an educational or non-profit environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
