Job Description:

We are hiring an Accounts & Office Manager to oversee financial transactions, office administration, and day-to-day operations of our legal firm. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and office management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial transactions.
  • Maintain office expenses, payroll, and budget records.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist in legal documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and staff coordination.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/office management.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Tally, MS Office, and basic financial reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Availability: Must be able to work from 9 AM to 9 PM and relocate near the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
