Job Title Associate- Billing

Department -Patient Service

Location/Unit -Cytecare Hospitals, Yelahanka, Bangalore
Qualification- Any graduation (mandatory) NO Diploma.
Experience- 2+year experience.

Roles and Responsibility;
∙Communicating and coordinating with patient and the doctors

∙Managing calls and customer queries escalated by the team.

∙Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve 10/10 satisfaction rate.

∙Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.

∙Plan work schedules and monitor the duties, to ensure that the departments are manned 24X7

∙Error free billing (IP) to be maintained.

∙Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer

accounts through open and interactive communication

∙Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using

the right methods/tools

∙Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions.

∙Follow communication procedures, SOP’s guidelines and policies and implement the same.

∙Take the extra mile to engage customers

∙Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

∙Stay motivated and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer care

∙To carry out any other task assigned by higher authority.

∙Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports as specified by

department head

Languages : Kannada & English

Shift Timings : 8am to 4:30pm, 11:30am to 8pm, 8pm to 8am,9:30am to 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
