About the RoleRaw Life is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee, provide excellent customer service, and support the daily operations of our store. You will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.ResponsibilitiesAs a Barista, you will:<ul><li>Prepare coffee and beverages according to company standards.</li><li>Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.</li><li>Introduce customers to Raw Life products and answer product-related questions.</li><li>Process customer purchases using the point-of-sale system.</li><li>Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and store clean and organized.</li><li>Restock products, ingredients, and supplies as needed.</li><li>Support opening, closing, and other daily store operations.</li><li>Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.</li></ul>RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should:<ul><li>Have previous experience as a Barista.</li><li>Have strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Be reliable, punctual, and well organized.</li><li>Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Be comfortable communicating in basic English.</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Company: Raw Life</li><li>Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait</li><li>Salary: KD 200&ndash;300 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.</li><li>Days Off: One day off per week.</li><li>Working hours, salary, and schedules may be adjusted based on operational requirements.</li></ul>Additional InformationTransportation and accommodation are not provided.Pay: KD200.000 - KD300.000 per monthWork Location: In person
