Barista

About the Role

Raw Life is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee, provide excellent customer service, and support the daily operations of our store. You will help create a welcoming environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will:

• Prepare coffee and beverages according to company standards.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Introduce customers to Raw Life products and answer product-related questions.
• Process customer purchases using the point-of-sale system.
• Keep the coffee bar, equipment, and store clean and organized.
• Restock products, ingredients, and supplies as needed.
• Support opening, closing, and other daily store operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have previous experience as a Barista.
• Have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Be reliable, punctual, and well organized.
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Be comfortable communicating in basic English.

Job Details

• Company: Raw Life
• Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait
• Salary: KD 200–300 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
• Days Off: One day off per week.
• Working hours, salary, and schedules may be adjusted based on operational requirements.

Transportation and accommodation are not provided.

Pay: KD200.000 - KD300.000 per month
